Shipping & Returns
Delivery Address and Contact Details
When placing an order with Bike Bling, where we are to deliver goods to you, we require a physical street address or a PO Box. However, in certain cases (such as drop-shipping direct from a supplier) we are unable to ship to a PO Box. In these instances, we will notify you if we are unable to deliver it to the address.

To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your land-line and mobile phone numbers. Please note that an authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods, and that photo identification may be requested. If a customer is not at the address at the time of delivery, he/she is responsible for follow up and possible re-shipping costs.

Australian Deliveries (2-5 business days) Delivery Lead Time : Fast Australia-wide Delivery! For delivery to major State, Territory cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 2-5 working days from date of clearance of payment. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 days.

International Deliveries (7-12 business days) Shipping by International Post. Prices start at AU$30 worldwide.

There may be instances where delivery charges may increase slightly due to incorrect data. Before proceeding with any order where the delivery charge has increased, Bike Bling will contact the customer to confirm acceptance.

Proof of Delivery
Should you require a proof of delivery at any time (after the standard lead time), please call us on 0413134551 or email: and we will send you a fax copy.

Delivery Carriers
For Australia-wide deliveries we use Australia Post.

Excellent Service and Fast Delivery Guarantee
After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the full details of your Bike Bling order. Bike Bling staff will process your order as soon as possible and provide you with regular updates.

Bike Bling offers a 7 day return policy on items based on manufacturer return policies. For further information not listed, please contact or call 0413134551.

Returns may not be accepted without a valid invoice number. For faster service when returning, please supply the following information on hand: customer name, invoice number, date purchased, serial number and the reason for the return.

Products Returned Within 7 Days Requirements
All products returned MUST be "as new" condition, 100% (percent) complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund or credit. Bike Bling reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange of any item that is not returned in the original packaging or deemed as not in "as new" condition.

Defective Goods Policy
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to Bike Bling within 7 days from the invoice date, at Bike Bling's discretion for credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. Any item that is missing the UPC code will ONLY be replaced with the same item. After 7 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply.

Refunds or exchanges are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds or exchanges do not include original shipping and handling charges.

Non-Defective Goods Policy
Although Bike Bling is not liable to provide refund or credit note if the customer simply changes their mind or the customer finds the goods cheaper elsewhere (Resource: Consumer Affairs Victoria), we will accept returns within 7 days from the invoice date.

All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 25% (percent) restocking fee and a credit note will be issued toward future purchases only. Original shipping charges are NOT refunded on returned items.

Bike Bling reserves the right to authorise product returns beyond 7 days from the invoice date.

**Note: Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card**

Cancellation Charges
A Cancellation Charge of $20 will be applied to orders that have been cancelled 24 hours after the order has been placed and processed. This charge may be waived on the conditions of the order and assessment by management. This charge exists to cover order processing and packaging costs incurred.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility; Bike Bling will match the shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange item(s). Bike Bling will not pay for shipping for non-faulty or non-defective items and the customer will organise courier pick-up or other means of return delivery.

Bike Bling will only cover the shipping cost of the returned item if the wrong item was sent to the customer.

If the customer requests that the new product be shipped prior to Bike Bling receiving the product to be exchanged, Bike Bling will invoice and charge the customer's credit card for the new product. Upon receipt of the original product, Bike Bling will credit your account and/or credit card.

For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. A customer can request this in the "Order Comments" during an order.
